Jonathan Brolin
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Jon has been Interim CEO of CXO Nexus since August 2025, and a Board Member of the company since 2019. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Edenbrook Capital, LLC, an investment firm he launched in 2011 that takes a private equity approach to public investing, and which is the controlling shareholder of CXO Nexus. Jon has over 25 years of investing and capital markets experience. He has an MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. When he is not working, he is likely watching, playing or thinking about baseball.
Dr. Barrington R. Young
President, CXO Nexus, Inc.
Dr. Barrington R. Young is the President of CXO Nexus, Inc., where he leads the company’s day-to-day technical execution, product innovation, and enterprise scaling strategies. A visionary in Generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics platforms, Dr. Young anchors the company’s mission to help Fortune 500 corporations transform fragmented, multi-billion-dollar enterprise spend data into clean, actionable savings.
A builder and researcher at heart, Dr. Young previously served as the Chief Information Officer & Head of AI/ML at CXO Nexus. In this role, he pioneered the company's core machine learning engine, which has processed over $922 billion in enterprise spend. His career is defined by bridging sophisticated technical frameworks with client-centric outcomes, bringing extensive experience from data science and intelligence architecture leadership roles at global industry leaders including Amazon, Boeing, Charles Schwab, USAA, and IBM. He is widely recognized for his ability to seamlessly align high-level corporate vision with deep technical execution.

Head of Customer Success
Shagun Dhanania serves as Head of Customer Success and Integration at CXO Nexus, responsible for managing enterprise client relationships and ensuring they get the most out of the platform. She brings a strong foundation in data and quality assurance to her client-facing work. In her free time, Shagun enjoys solving jigsaw puzzles and reading Booker Prize-winning fiction.
Bhanu Pratap Chandrawat
Product Manager / Owner
Bhanu Pratap Chandrawat is a Product Manager and Owner at CXO Nexus, where he has been driving innovation for the past 7 years. He leverages his strong expertise in machine learning, AI, Big Data, and spend analytics to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver customer-centric, data-driven solutions.
He played a pivotal role in developing the company’s intellectual property and is the key steward of the now patented Incight Engine, a core component of the CXO Nexus platform. With a background in building predictive models, IoT platforms, and ML solutions at Alight Solutions and Virtusa, Bhanu excels at translating complex data insights into high-impact product features that drive business success.
In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and community volunteer work.
Franco Charriol
Principal Engineer
As Principal Engineer, Franco drives the technology strategy, target architecture, and platform governance for CXO Nexus. With an extensive background delivering customer-focused B2B and B2C enterprise solutions, he now oversees engineering quality, security, and operational readiness across all development pipelines. Franco manages the cross-functional tech team, mentoring engineers while directly aligning technical execution with high-level business priorities. He excels at navigating complex technical trade-offs, owning accountability for platform health, cost optimization, and overall product delivery.
